Magnetic Agitators

 Magnetic stirrers are devices used in the laboratory to stir liquid solutions by rotating a magnetic bar inside the vessel. The magnetic bar moves thanks to the magnetic field generated by a magnet that is located under the container.

Magnetic stirrers are very useful for mixing solutions homogeneously and allowing dissolution of substances in a solution. These devices are especially useful for the preparation of chemical solutions and for carrying out reactions in the laboratory.

Magnetic stirrers can come in different sizes and shapes to fit different types of vessels. In addition, some models include the possibility of controlling the stirring speed and the temperature of the solution.
