• Circular pick-up Electromagnets

The attraction and the fastening of the ferromagnetic parts is obtained by means of the excitation of the winding of the suction cup. When the power supply ceases, the part maintained is released. If working with suspended loads, the corresponding safety regulations must be observed.

  • Direct current Electromagnets

The direct current electromagnets are manufactured with ferric alloys and operate at 24 V DC. Its operation is very simple, when we activate the current a magnetic field is generated that remains concentrated in the iron framework, thus allowing any type of restraint.

  • Rectangular Electromagnets

An electromagnet is manufactured with ferrous alloys and operates at 24 V. direct current. On request, they can also be manufactured in alternating current. Its operation is very simple: when the current is activated, a magnetic field is generated that remains concentrated in the iron armor, thus allowing any type of fastening.

This type of electromagnets is activated only by electric current. The electrical connection is made through a connector located at the end of the electromagnet that has two orientation possibilities. (4x180º)

The lower face of the device has threaded holes for fixing.

  • AC Vibrating Electromagnets

Electromagnetic vibrator coil are a type of electromagnets made of ferric alloys, feeding them at any voltage that is mainly required at 230v. These vibratory feeder coil are powered by alternating current and are used in multiple industrial processes where vibration is required. They are widely used in packaging machinery, weighing, counting and positioning of parts.

  • Power Supplies

Our power supplies are used to complement different types of electromagnets and help in the process of achieving various automated applications.
