SHOPPING
Our website will guide you through the process of ordering and purchasing a product. Please make sure you have carefully checked your order before submitting it.
To make a purchase you must register on the web. By registering you will obtain a username and create a password, this will give you access to a zone restricted to third parties that will allow you to make purchases safely.
Once your order has been accepted, you will not be able to change the details or quantity of the Products you have ordered. CANCELLATIONS:
If IMA cannot accept your request for any reason, you will be notified in writing and you will not be charged. DELIVERY, RISK AND PROPERTY

RETURNS

OUR GUARANTEE

MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

END OF YOUR CONTRACT
Purchasing Products online gives you the legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind, you should contact us to let us know.
